Refund policy

You have 14 days after delivery to return your order. For any reason, and you don't have to tell us why.

Conditions
The item is unworn and unwashed, with the labels still attached, in its original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

How it works
Email contact@fakesniff.com first with your order number. We'll send you the return address. We can't accept parcels that arrive without a return request. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. You'll then get your money back within 10 working days, using the payment method you paid with. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it. Nothing after 15 working days? Email us at contact@fakesniff.com.

Different size or a different shirt
We don't do direct exchanges. Send the shirt back and place a new order for the one you want.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If something's wrong, email us straight away with a photo. We'll sort it out, and you won't pay any shipping.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
